SHIPPING & RETURNS

All packages are shipped on Friday of each week via USPS and should arrive within 3 business days. Due to delay of the postal service at this time, please allow an additional few days. We are not responsible for any additional postal delays. Shipping cost is calculated at the time of purchase.


Unfortunately I do not accept returns or cancellations at this time due to covid19
but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


Once allowed, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

When you sign up for or use our products, you voluntarily give us certain information. This can include your name, profile photo, comments, likes, the email address or phone number you used to sign up, and any other information you provide us. If you’re using Empress Kay Collection on your mobile device, you can also choose to provide us with location data. We promise not to knowingly share your information with others.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We do not currently offer our products wholesale. However, we will do our best to fulfill large orders and are open to discussing bulk pricing
